Baking Simulator 2022
The game works best in full screen!
Can you pass the simulation?
Can you delay the inevitability that another baker will take your place?
Alone in the kitchen, can you figure out how to PERFECTLY replicate a recipe? You're not given the best instructions, and there seems to be some strangeness afoot, but I'm sure you can do it!
Controls:
Left Click - Pick up Ingredients/Measuring Spoons/Cups
Right Click - Set something down*
Left Click - Fill cake pan
Left Click - Interact with Objects
Teamwork!

I made all the art, music and code myself :3 *Update* I added a new background song from Incompetech so it was nicer on the ears :3 So I've opted out of Audio ratings because of that :3 I DEFINITELY scoped this project wayyyyy too big but I STILL GOT A WORKING??? game out of it :3

I don't understand: I baked 4 recipies and got A+, then nothing, I was brought back to the kitchen as if I had to bake more. Is there an ending?
Did you play this through ludum dare? (if not) it was just a small game jam game and that's actually all there was to it! I sadly didn't have time to add more of an ending.
But I have thought about extending the game further to have more levels and recipes (:

Even if it is a little game, the level of realism actually taught me how US people bake (we don't have the same measurments in the EU), so I got a bit attached to it. It would be lovely to get more content someday.
